Shipping Policy

At Ganem Jewelers, we take great care in ensuring that your jewelry purchase arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below for details on our shipping methods, timelines, and requirements.

We offer expedited shipping options to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

  • Overnight Shipping – Available for eligible addresses. Orders must be placed by [2PM] to qualify for next-business-day delivery.

  • 2-Day Shipping – Available for all U.S. addresses. Orders placed after [2PM] will be processed the next business day.

Note: Shipping timelines are based on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing & Handling

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • We will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship to addresses within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time.

Insurance & Security

  • All shipments are fully insured for the purchase amount until signed for upon delivery.

  • If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery.

Return Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Breitling 

BREITLING MOVEMENTS

Your Breitling watch or chronograph equipped with a non-Breitling mechanical movement is warranted against any manufacturing defect for a period of two years (“Breitling International Warranty) from the date of purchase of the watch (“Warranty Period) in accordance with these terms and conditions.

MECHANICAL MANUFACTURE BREITLING MOVEMENTS

Watches or chronographs equipped with a Breitling Manufacture mechanical movement are covered by the Breitling International Warranty with an extended warranty period of 5 (five) years (“Breitling International Manufacture Movement Warranty”). The Breitling International Manufacture Movement Warranty covers any manufacturing defect in the Breitling mechanical movement, provided that water-resistance tests are carried out every two years from the date of purchase.

Bell & Ross

Your Bell & Ross watch benefits from an international warranty (parts and labour) valid for 2 years from the purchase date recorded on your Warranty Card.
The Bell & Ross International Warranty does not cover adjustments, and in any case excludes:
- Normal wear of buckles and straps.
- Scratches to the PVD coating or silver oxidation.
- The consequences of your watch ageing through normal use.
- Any damage caused by inappropriate use (e.g. violent impacts, crushing, rough handling of the crowns, push-pieces and clasps) or an accident.
- Any handling, disassembly or repair operations carried out by a third party other than an Approved Retailer, Official Boutique or Bell & Ross Service Center shall render the warranty null and void.
To be valid, the warranty card must be activate by an authorized retailer and/or include the following elements: the watch model, full serial number, purchase date, official stamp of the Approved Bell & Ross retailer.
Bell & Ross highly recommends that the warranty card is always the attached to the watch whenever you send it for repair.
To benefit from the international warranty, you must return your watch to a Bell & Ross boutique or an authorized Bell & Ross retailer, on presentation of the international warranty card.

REPAIR WARRANTIES: 

The repair warranty applies to any watch which has been repaired in a Bell & Ross Service Center or by a watchmaking workshop approved by Bell & Ross. This is a one-year warranty covering the work carried out, independent of the Warranty Card included when you purchased your watch.
In any case, this workshop warranty excludes any damage caused by inappropriate or improper use, or by handling, disassembly or repair operations carried out by a third party not approved by Bell & Ross.
This warranty also excludes straps and clasps, and the consequences of your watch ageing through normal use
To benefit from the workshop warranty, it is highly recommended that you present your Repair Warranty Card, duly completed, signed and dated, with the repaired watch.

Authenticity

Only watches purchased from an Authorized Retailer or in a Bell & Ross Boutique benefit from the International Warranty, and are certified as authentic.

Bell & Ross does not offer an authentication service as such.

Lumiox

All Luminox watches have been carefully checked and are in perfect working condition. It is warranted, by the company shown on the back of the certificate, for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Every watch has been tested for water-resistance, which is covered under the warranty provided that it has not been subjected to any improper handling or accident. Also that the glass, crown and push button(s) have not been damaged.

The warranty covers any malfunction in materials and workmanship during the warranty period of your watch. Your watch will be repaired free of charge with the presentation of the warranty certificate and timepiece. Any damage resulting from inappropriate use is excluded from the warranty, as is the battery, crystal, and wear to the case and strap or bracelet.

In case of any malfunction during the warranty period, your watch will be repaired free of charge on presentation of proof of purchase from an authorized Luminox retailer showing the model number of the watch.

Tissot

All Tissot watches are covered by a 2-year international warranty. COSC certified models are covered by a 3-year international warranty. 

When placing an order on our website, your digital warranty is automatically activated on the date of the purchase. You will not be provided with a warranty card but you can access your warranty details by registering your watch through our "Register my watch" program.

When purchasing a watch through our official retail network, you should always be provided with a completed international warranty card (stating the serial number, model number, date of purchase and stamped by retailer), or a confirmation that the retailer has activated the digital warranty. 

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear/tear and ageing (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of colour and/or material of non-metallic straps and chains such as leather, textile , rubber; peeling of plating).

  • Any damage on any part of the watch caused by accidental damage (knocks, dents, broken crystal etc).

Please note that the manufacturer’s warranty is voided if the Tissot watch was handled by an unauthorised person or service centre (e.g. battery replacement, servicing, or repairs).

SIMON G.

Simon G. prides itself on the quality of each piece, which is meticulously crafted to be timeless. We offer a lifetime warranty that covers any issues related to the manufacturing quality of the purchased item: Porosity and other issues with metals, Assembled item issues and Alloy issues, such as rose gold discoloration.

Note that rings must be within 1/2 the size of the original manufactured size at the time the warranty claim is made. Excludes Mosaic ring styles, Eternity Bands and Men's rings with patterns (resizing these pieces voids the warranty).

All work on any Simon G. piece must be done in our facilities with the help of an authorized retailer for the warranty to remain valid. Any outside work will void the lifetime warranty. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper use or maintenance of item(s), accidental damage or other circumstances not directly related to manufacturing quality.

To file a warranty claim, please visit an authorized retailer near you. They will help you with next steps if you originally purchased from any retail location or on our website. Please note that you will likely have to ship the item(s) to our production facility so that we can determine if any needed repairs are covered under our warranty guidelines. We do not cover the cost of shipping item(s) to us.

Memoire

The Mémoire Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in Mémoire bands and jewelry, including stone loss in any band or piece of jewelry set exclusively by Mémoire. Should a Mémoire setting fail due to a manufacturing defect, Mémoire will repair the setting at no charge. In the event that a stone originally set by Mémoire is lost, Mémoire will replace the lost stone with a stone of comparable value at no charge. It is required that your Mémoire band or jewelry under warranty be inspected annually by an Authorized Mémoire Retailer.

In the event your Mémoire jewelry needs repair, please visit an Authorized Mémoire Retailer to be sent to Mémoire for service. Upon inspection, Mémoire will determine if the repair is covered under warranty or if not, will advise on the cost of the repair.

The warranty does not cover the loss of any stones set by anyone other than Mémoire, nor does it cover setting failures or losses caused by: repairs or service performed by anyone other than Mémoire, sizing performed by anyone other than Mémoire, over-polishing, abuse, applying force or heat, any structural manipulation, tampering, alteration or modification. This warranty does not cover lost earring backs. This warranty does not cover broken chains on necklaces or bracelets. Loss and theft are not covered by this warranty. Mémoire reserves the right to inspect your jewelry regarding any of the above types of acts or conduct. Should Mémoire discover that your jewelry setting failed due to any of the above acts or conduct, this warranty will be void at the discretion of Mémoire. In addition, Mémoire jewelry is identifiable by a stamp or a serial number. If a stamp or serial number is not visible, it will be determined to be an unauthorized copy and will not be covered by warranty.

Mémoire is not responsible for shipping costs, or loss or damage of the jewelry while it is in transit to or from Mémoire. Mémoire makes no warranties, express or implied, other than the limited written warranty made herein, and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability.
